Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept returns for most items within 10 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us by email at support@mainstreetcrystalsandminerals.com or call (803) 856-3211 within 10 days of receiving your item. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please contact us with your name, order number, and a brief description of your order and the issue, if any. Returns must be approved before shipping your item back. Ship all approved returns to:

You’ll receive a pre-paid return label (if applicable) and instructions after your request is approved. Returns sent without prior approval are not accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, personalized items, special orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval, but bank or credit card processing times may vary.
Shipping fees are non-refundable

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
